In 2011 Parker Brand Creative Services helped a variety of small businesses and organizations in Southwest Louisiana kickstart their dreams of having quality, easy-to-recognize local brands. These groups, and the people behind them, are our Creative Partners and each month we'll be sharing their branding stories with you.

Culture Fest is a local blend of global arts, food, and culture. A group of diverse locals, working with the community, promoted cultural harmony based on mutual understanding and respect. Fittingly so, this group is called Common Ground. Common Ground believes that by celebrating our diversity, Southwest Louisiana will become a more vibrant and exciting community and be even more attractive to new families, businesses, and industries that consider locating here.

Pat Kelty, owner of Kelty Design Studios-Decorative Center and key member of Common Ground, came to us in the summer of 2011 to create an exciting and memorable mark for Culture Fest that would embody the celebration of arts, food, and culture from around the world.

Once the new mark was complete we were commissioned to develop Culture Fest's website, business cards, print, and outdoor marketing. Much of the style we established in the logo design process was echoed in these other forms of media. Staying true to the essence of Culture Fest, the style of each piece was bold, exciting, and fun! 

Culture Fest needed to communicate with a wide array of sponsors, vendors, participants, and attendees. Our business site platform was the perfect solution to make information and resources easily available to everyone. Attendees could even view the festival's calendar of events from their smart phone.
