So, when you can send just about any type of information from the palm of your hand, why would you limit yourself to this very simplistic technology? Why limit yourself to 140 characters?

Depending on who you follow, tweets can be your eyes and ears on the ground, live information from places and events that you yourself cannot be. Tweets give us digestable bites of information, mind-snacks from people we admire or respect and because they can be consumed in a moment, a simple tweet can change the course of your day, or point you in a direction that could change the course of your life.
